日前，我公司两项实用新型专利获得国家知识产权局授权，专利名称分别为“一种用于桨式搅拌器叶片的快速修复涂层、一种用于渣浆泵叶轮表面的耐冲蚀修复涂层”。
一种用于桨式搅拌器叶片的快速修复涂层:该修复涂层不仅可以快速修复被磨损的桨式搅拌器叶片，而且修复涂层与桨式搅拌器叶片具有很高的粘结强度，修复后的桨式搅拌器叶片可以有效地抵抗搅拌介质的冲刷磨损。实现了对桨式搅拌器叶片表面的快速修复和长效防护，降低了维修更换费用，延长了桨式搅拌器使用寿命。
一种用于渣浆泵叶轮表面的耐冲蚀修复涂层：可以用来修复被磨损的渣浆泵叶轮表面，形成的复合涂层具有强粘结性、耐冲蚀和耐腐蚀等优点，该涂层操作简单、成本低，实现了对渣浆泵叶轮表面修复和长效防护、延长了使用寿命。
一直以来，我公司研发人员一直持续专注于碳化硅耐磨防腐复合材料的开发，一步步优化产品性能细分产品系列，这些实用新型专利为公司今后的发展积蓄了前进的动力，进一步提升了企业核心竞争力。
Recently, two of our utility model patents were officially granted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). The patents are titled "A Rapid Repair Coating for Paddle Mixer Blades" and "An Erosion-Resistant Repair Coating for Slurry Pump Impeller Surfaces."
A Rapid Repair Coating for Paddle Mixer Blades: This coating not only enables the rapid repair of worn paddle mixer blades but also provides exceptionally high adhesion strength to the blade surface. The repaired blades can effectively resist abrasive wear caused by the mixing medium. This achieves both quick restoration and long-term protection of the blade surface, significantly reducing maintenance and replacement costs while extending the service life of the paddle mixer.
An Erosion-Resistant Repair Coating for Slurry Pump Impeller Surfaces: This coating is designed to repair worn impeller surfaces on slurry pumps. The resulting composite coating features strong adhesion, excellent erosion resistance, and superior corrosion resistance. With its easy application and cost-effectiveness, it achieves effective surface restoration and long-term protection, thereby extending the service life of the slurry pump impellers.
