高温酷暑,280m2管道衬瓷项目顺利完成Completed Against the Heat: 280m² Pipeline Ceramic Lining Project Successfully Finished

烈日炎炎,气温日渐升高,历经12天的时间,我司圆满完成了国家电投集团贵州某发电厂脱硫一级塔浆液循环泵管道内部衬瓷施工项目。

项目概况:浆液循环泵管道内壁衬胶磨损减薄、老化龟裂严重,机组运行期间频繁发生管道泄漏,严重影响现场文明生产。为保证浆液循环泵正常运行,我司在接到客户通知后便立刻出发前往施工现场,对现场两座吸收塔共计8台浆液循环泵进出口管道进行内部防磨衬瓷,总面积约280m2

Amidst the scorching sun and rising temperatures, our company successfully completed the internal ceramic lining project for the slurry circulation pump pipelines at the first-stage desulfurization tower of a power plant under the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) in Guizhou, after 12 days of intensive work.

Project Overview: The rubber lining inside the slurry circulation pump pipelines had suffered severe wear, thinning, aging, and cracking. Frequent pipeline leaks occurred during unit operation, severely disrupting civilized production on-site. To ensure the normal operation of the slurry circulation pumps, our team immediately mobilized and headed to the site upon receiving the client's notice. We performed internal anti-wear ceramic lining on the inlet and outlet pipelines of 8 slurry circulation pumps across 2 absorption towers, covering a total area of approximately 280m².

根据电厂要求,需先将脱硫吸收塔的浆液循环泵出口管道拆除并使用吊车吊到空旷的地方进行修复由于管道内壁衬胶磨损减薄、老化龟裂严重,为了不影响基材表面与碳化硅耐磨材料的粘接力,必须要把管道内壁上的衬胶以及结晶全部用电锤去除,但因为衬胶和结晶都牢固的粘接在管道内壁上,想要完全去除干净需要一定的时间,等待表面处理完成后使用SYZO施卓®碳化硅耐磨防护剂进行管道内壁修复。

天气变化莫测,施工人员不仅要面对连日的高温还要接受大雨的洗礼。雨天使得管道内壁潮湿为了不影响施工质量施工人员只能暂停涂层作业,将其余的管道再打磨一遍来加深耐磨材料与基材的附着力。

As required by the power plant, the outlet pipelines of the slurry circulation pumps in the desulfurization absorption towers had to be dismantled first and lifted by a crane to an open area for repair. Due to severe wear, thinning, aging, and cracking of the original rubber lining inside the pipelines, it was mandatory to completely remove the old lining and all crystalline deposits using an electric hammer. This was to ensure that the adhesion between the base metal and the silicon carbide (SiC) wear-resistant material would not be compromised. Since both the rubber lining and the deposits were firmly bonded to the inner walls, thorough removal was a time-consuming process. Once the surface preparation was completed, the SYZO SiC Wear-Resisting Compound was applied to restore the inner walls.

The unpredictable weather posed an additional challenge. In addition to enduring consecutive days of scorching heat, the construction crew also had to weather sudden heavy downpours. The rain caused the inner walls of the pipelines to become damp. To guarantee the quality of the coating, the application work had to be temporarily suspended. During this downtime, the crew took the opportunity to re-grind the remaining pipelines, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the wear-resistant material and the base metal.

施工过程虽困难重重,但为了确保按期保质保量完成工作,大家齐心协力相互协调作战,在规定工期内圆满完成了任务。

Despite the numerous challenges encountered during the construction process, the team worked cohesively and coordinated seamlessly to ensure the project was completed on schedule, to the highest standards of quality and quantity. Ultimately, the mission was successfully accomplished within the stipulated timeframe.
